Introduction to Anxiety Relief Online Course. Video One- How to Use this Course.

This course is designed to teach you about your own nervous system and how we view anxiety through a Somatic Therapy lens. Utilizing the information I have learned from many different sources, we will learn to understand our nervous system through a Polyvagal perspective. Each module is full of tools, practices and information designed to empower you to:

  • accurately self reflect
  • shift neural pathways of anxiety to pathways of regulation and calm
  • feel safer in your body
  • have more choices about your nervous system state
  • understand the complexities of being humans more fully and embody more self-compassion and kindness
  • feel calm and regulated more of the time.


Each section is broken down into a 20-40 minute video module and is accompanied by a pdf document of the notes regarding each topic.
