Week 3: Breath and Sound as useful tools to alleviate anxiety
Week 4: Posture, gesture, muscles: softening the holding
Week 5: Anxiety that won't shift , being with the complexity of being human.
Week 6: Collective anxiety and stress, mindfulness tools for "bearing witness"
